Kids Love Earth is a family run business. Inspired and run by me, Julie Budge, as its founder but born due to the assistance and love of my family. It was inspired by a combination of things; Firstly; I have two young children and fear like many parents no doubt that the virtual world is taking over-research shows that more & more children are watching too much TV, using computers and even playing toys with in-build technological games. Secondly; whilst on holiday we visited the Eden Project which reinforced the ethos of this business and finally, searching endlessly for some good kids gardening stuff and not finding it that easily! I read, researched and tested products on my two (Lucy aged 7 / George aged 5) and the rest is history.
So, if you want to inspire children to understand, love and protect the natural world – then encourage them outside where possible – getting mucky, digging up worms, exploring how nature works, what they can get from it (including food & clothes!) and your child / grandchild will make a difference to the natural world and its survival.
